Writing a will is an extremely important document that everyone needs. Your will lets you decide what happens to your money, property and possessions after your death.

This is a trust you put in your will so that the surviving spouse can continue living in your property, but the deceased’s share of the property is kept separate. Usually couples have a 50/50 share.

Once a lasing power of attorney has been created it needs to be registered by the office of the public guardian before it can be used. Here at thinkwills we offer a registration service and will deal with any corrrospondence for you.
